IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE: Wild Fusion Digital Centre’s (WDC) Labs is a Career Simulation Platform utilizing Artificial Intelligence. By accessing this platform, you acknowledge that “Jobs,” “Supervisors” (e.g., Tolu, Emem, Sola), and “Salaries” presented within the simulation are Artificial Intelligence constructs designed for educational purposes, unless explicitly marked as “Live Recruiter” or “Real Job Offer.”
By creating an account, accessing the “Reality Engine,” uploading a CV, or utilizing the “Global Wallet,” you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use WDC Labs. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“User,” “Student,” “Recruiter”) and Wild Fusion Digital Centre.
2.1. Simulation vs. Reality: You understand that the “Virtual Office” is a simulated training environment. Being “fired” by an AI Agent or receiving a “Salary Negotiation” within the simulation does not constitute a legal employment contract or termination under Nigerian Labor Law.
2.2. AI Interaction: You consent to interacting with Artificial Intelligence agents. You acknowledge that advice given by Agents (e.g., Coach Kemi) is generated by LLMs and should not be treated as certified financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice.
2.3. No Guarantee of Employment: While WDC Labs is designed to prepare you for employment, WDC does not guarantee that you will secure a job, visa, internship, or sponsorship upon completion.
3.1. Mandatory Verification: To access “Job-Ready” features or the “Global Wallet,” you must complete KYC verification using valid identification (NIN, BVN, International Passport, or Drivers License) as required by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws.
3.2. Automated Checks: You authorize WDC to run background checks via third-party identity verification services and credit bureaus to validate your identity and prevent fraud.
3.3. One Account Policy: Creating multiple accounts to bypass “Ethical Traps,” “Firings,” or “assessments” is a violation of these terms and will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of all certificates.
4.1. Advance Billing: Subscription fees (e.g., ₦15,000/month) are billed in advance.
4.2. STRICT NO REFUND POLICY:
ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL.
WDC Labs operates a strict no-refund policy for all subscriptions, bundles, and sponsorship payments. Once access to the “Reality Engine” or “Virtual Office” is granted, the service is deemed “consumed.”
No Pro-Rata Refunds: We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods or if you are “fired” by the AI Supervisor for non-performance.
4.3. Sponsorships: Funds paid via the “Sponsor an Intern” feature are legally considered gifts to the beneficiary and are non-refundable to the donor once processed.
5.1. Not a Bank: WDC Labs is not a bank. All wallet services, holding of funds (USD/NGN), and transfers are processed by licensed Third-Party Payment Processors (e.g., Paystack, Stripe, Paga) and PSSPs licensed by the CBN.
5.2. Fund Liquidity: Wallet balances derived from “Gig Board” earnings or “Scholarships” may be subject to withdrawal limits, vesting periods, or specific usage restrictions as defined in the program rules.
5.3. AML/CFT Compliance: WDC reserves the right to freeze any wallet suspected of being used for money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraudulent activities, and report such activities to the NFIU (Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit).
6.1. Academic Integrity: Using external AI (e.g., ChatGPT) to bypass WDC Labs’ AI assessments is strictly prohibited. Our “Shadow Recruiter” tech monitors for plagiarism and AI-generated submissions.
6.2. The Ethical Trap: The system intentionally tests your integrity (e.g., asking you to leak data). Failing these simulated tests may result in account suspension (“Simulated Firing”). This is a core part of the educational curriculum.
Commitment: WDC treats your personal information as private and confidential. We comply fully with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023 and GDPR.
We collect information from various sources to power the “Reality Engine” and verify your identity:
Identity Data: Name, Email, Phone, Address, NIN/BVN (hashed), LinkedIn URL.
Biometric Data: Facial video recordings (“Video Standups”) and Voice recordings (“Voice Responses”) processed for educational feedback.
Performance Data: Codes, designs, chat logs with AI agents, and psychometric profiles.
Financial Data: Transaction history, masked card details, and credit scoring information (via credit bureaus where applicable for wallet services).
Technical Data: IP address, device type, and cookies (Session/Persistent) to secure your account.
We process your data based on Contractual Necessity, Legal Obligation, and Legitimate Interest:
AI Training & Analysis: Sending your code, text, voice, and video to our AI Orchestrator (e.g., Google Gemini) to grade your competence and generate feedback.
Automated Decision Making: Using automated systems to grade tasks, assign “Skill Scores,” determine “Employability,” and detect fraud. You have the right to request human review of significant automated decisions.
Recruitment Matching: Sharing your “Verified Portfolio” and “Skill Score” with Recruiters (only if you opt-in to the Talent Pool).
Regulatory Compliance: Complying with CBN, NDIC, and NFIU requirements for financial transactions.
We enforce strict data expiry to protect your privacy:
Biometric Data (Video/Voice): Automatically deleted from our servers 7 days after grading. We do not retain raw biometric data indefinitely.

Certificates: Stored permanently on the Verification Ledger.
Your data may be transferred to and stored at destinations outside Nigeria (e.g., Cloud Servers in the EU/US used by LLM providers). WDC ensures all such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and Data Protection Agreements in line with NDPA 2023.
Right to be Forgotten: You may request deletion of your account. Note that this forfeits your Certificate validity and “Alumni” status.
Right to Rectify: You may update inaccurate personal information via your dashboard.
Right to Withdraw Consent: You may stop AI analysis of your data at any time, though this will limit platform functionality.
