The module covers the key concepts and terminologies used within the PPC field and, will equip participants with the practical knowledge and skills to build and maintain an effective PPC strategy.
Social Media Marketing
This first module covers the primary concepts and terminologies used in social media, and the configuration of social media accounts across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google +, as well as new emerging social platforms. The second Social Media marketing module explores how social media platforms can be used to help businesses expand their reach, drive revenues and increase brand exposure.
The Web Analytics module enables participants to fully measure, monitor and optimise Digital Marketing activities by teaching how to build online reporting structures for businesses, and a range of specialist tools that are available for measuring and monitoring online traffic. How to setup accounts, profiles and permissions to apply analytics tracking across websites are discussed.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is a methodology of marketing techniques used to increase the number of visitors to a website by obtaining a high ranking placement in the search results page of a search engine.This module introduces the principles of SEO, demonstrates how to implement these techniques and get a website to achieve a high ranking on Google, Yahoo, Bing and other search engines.
The Mobile Marketing module teaches the Digital Marketing Institute’s six step process for designing and developing effective Mobile Apps, and understanding how Mobile Marketing integrates with the latest advances in social media marketing. Data protection and privacy issues associated with Mobile Marketing are also discussed.
Digital Display Advertising
The Digital Display Advertising module equips students with the skills and knowledge to implement and manage effective digital display campaigns by covering core concepts and terminologies associated with digital display advertising, and exploring what is involved in developing and managing effective ad campaigns.
The Email Marketing module teaches the practicalities behind an effective email marketing campaign. It clearly explains how permission-based email marketing plays an important role in Digital Marketing to increase consumer reach and sales, email copywriting, email deliverability, testing of email campaigns and provides insights into data protection considerations.
Digital Planning and Strategy
The Digital Marketing Campaign Planning and Strategy module provides a structured approach for bringing together the learning from all the modules on the Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing, to create a coherent Digital Marketing plan. This module is based on the Digital Marketing Institute’s framework which incorporates a nine step process based on three distinct parts.
